FCCI LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE |
|
FCCI is a fellowship of ministers and churches, brought together by a shared vision and desire to build the kingdom of God and avoid, where possible, the trappings and hierarchy of denominational structure. Our organizational structure meets legal requirements, but focuses on spiritual Biblical leadership principles. CORPORATE STRUCTURE
In order to meet legal requirements, FCCI is organized under the non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization called LifeLink International. FCCI serves as a division of that corporation and the board members are Carl Conley, Bruce Brock, Louise Brock, Ellene Conley, Carol Anderson and Raymond Anderson. SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP
FCCI is organized around the pattern of the New Testament. A study of Scripture shows the church was founded upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets and led by the apostles and elders. The following scriptures validate this fact: Ephesians 2:20; Acts 15:2, 6, 22-23; and Acts 21:18 HEADQUARTERS (MOTHER) CHURCH
In the New Testament, all outward ministry was based in and flowed out from a mother or headquarter church. FCCI is formed after that same pattern. The headquarter (mother) church is Faith Community Church, 2551 West Orange Grove Road, Tucson, Arizona 85741. Bruce Brock is senior pastor. The mother church furnishes the office, equipment and most of the office expenses. FCCI FOUNDATIONAL APOSTOLIC TEAM

The leadership Structure of FCCI is founded upon the apostolic team listed above together with a worldwide Council of Elders (listed below), many of whom are Apostles in their own ministries. The Apostles and Elders work closely together to serve the fellowship and provide godly counsel and direction as they are guided by Scripture and led by the Holy Spirit.
